Dual Configuration Platform
Combines box-type fixed metal closed switchgear and air insulated load switchgear in one product platform.
GreenPower
GPR6-12 series consists of two parts: box-type fixed metal closed switchgear and air insulated load switchgear (or half-insulated switchgear). It integrates high-voltage switchgear, power distribution devices, and protection functions. It has compact structure, flexible operation, and safe and reliable operation. It is mainly used in 3, 6, and 10 kV three-phase AC 50 Hz systems for receiving and distributing electric energy. It is especially suitable for frequent operations. The busbar system is single bus and can derive single-line bus bypass and double busbar structure. The box-type fixed metal closed switchgear uses GPVN-12 series vacuum circuit breakers with CT series spring operating mechanism, and uses GN30-12 rotating switch and GN19-12 high-current isolating switch. The air insulated load switchgear uses FLN or ABB-SFG SF6 load switch as the main switch.

The switchgear has a metal closed box structure with a cabinet frame welded by angle steel. The cabinet is divided into a circuit breaker room, busbar room, cable room, and relay room, with rooms separated by steel plates.
The circuit breaker room includes a pressure release channel. The busbar room is arranged in the upper rear part of the cabinet, while the cable room is located behind the lower part of the cabinet. The switchgear is maintained from both front and rear sides, and a grounding copper busbar is arranged under the front door.
The GPR6-12 air insulated load switchgear appearance and structure are shown with separate outgoing and incoming cabinet outline diagrams, including the busbar room, low-voltage operation room, load switch room, and cable room.
