Factory & Quality
It Never Speaks, But Always Protects
This page shows the manufacturing, inspection, and qualification work behind GreenPower’s medium-voltage switchgear supply, including assembly, testing, and document support before release.
Manufacturing Overview
GreenPower’s medium-voltage production is organized across four manufacturing areas covering switchgear systems, vacuum circuit breakers, insulation parts, and copper components.
Supports medium-voltage switchgear assembly, panel integration, internal arrangement, and project-based cabinet production.
Supports vacuum circuit breaker production, mechanism assembly, functional matching, and preparation for switchgear projects.
Supports insulation parts used in medium-voltage switchgear systems, with coordinated component preparation for production and supply.
Supports copper conductors, connection parts, and matched conductive components used in medium-voltage distribution equipment.
Production Process
GreenPower’s switchgear production moves through design review, material preparation, cabinet fabrication, wiring, testing, cleaning, and dispatch preparation before shipment.
Production starts with order confirmation, technical review, and design preparation based on the approved project requirement.
Matched components, supporting parts, and required materials are prepared according to the confirmed design and supply scope.
Cabinet processing and primary assembly are carried out as the switchgear structure and main internal arrangement are formed.
Busbar preparation, internal conductor work, and secondary wiring are completed according to the required configuration.
Mechanical adjustment and electrical pre-test are completed before high-voltage verification and final release preparation.
Withstand-voltage and related checks are followed by cleaning, finishing, packing, and dispatch preparation before shipment.
Quality Assurance
Inspection follows the manufacturing process from incoming verification through assembly, wiring, interlock checks, withstand and partial-discharge testing, and final outgoing release.
Key materials and matched components are checked before entering the production flow.
Cabinet structure, assembly quality, and internal arrangement are checked during production.
Secondary wiring, line identification, and circuit continuity are checked before final testing.
Mechanical movement and interlock functions are checked to confirm proper operating coordination.
Electrical verification includes insulation-related checks together with withstand-voltage and partial-discharge testing as required.
Appearance review, final confirmation, and outgoing release checks are completed before packing and dispatch.
Installation Support When Required
Manufacturing and inspection readiness are the focus of this page. Installation support can be discussed separately when the project requires it.
