GPN1-40.5kV removable AC metal-clad enclosed switchgear applies to 40.5kV, 3 phase, AC, and 50/60Hz electrical power networks for receiving and distributing power energy, and also for control, monitor and protection. It is applicable in general power systems and occasions with frequent operation. It conforms to GB 3906, GB/T 11022, DL/T 404-1997, and IEC-298.

A lead screw nut propulsion mechanism is installed in the handcart frame to prevent fault operation and propulsion mechanism damage.
The enclosure is made of aluminum-zinc plated steel sheet processed by CNC machine and multi-bending, then assembled with bolts.
The main circuit adopts composite insulation processing to limit emergency spreading to other parts.
The structural design of the completely insulated VCB or SF6 CB and spring operating mechanism adopts an integrated console model.
Compulsory locking among main switch, handcart and panel door meets five protection.
It has strong mechanical strength and can guarantee neatness and good appearance.
It provides wide space for connecting several cables in the cable cubicle.
Earthing switch is used in earthing and loop short circuit.
The circuit breaker adopts handcart floor model.

The switchgear divides into enclosure and handcart. The enclosure is made of aluminum-zinc plated steel sheet after CNC machining and multi-bending, then assembled with bolts. It has strong mechanical strength and can guarantee neatness and good appearance. It consists of relay compartment, handcart compartment and cable compartment. Protection degree is IP2X when the CB handcart is in opening and testing position.
The switchgear is metal-clad removable type. CT and earthing switch are mounted in cable compartment and busbar compartment. The protection degree of enclosure is IP3X, with large space for several cables. The structural design of the completely insulated VCB or SF6 CB and spring operating mechanism adopts an integrated console model with good interchangeability and simple replacement.
