GPN1-24kV removable AC metal-clad enclosed switchgear is designed and developed based on the introduction of advanced foreign design and manufacturing technology. It applies to 3.6~24kV, 3-phase AC, 50Hz or 60Hz networks for receiving and distributing power energy, and also for control, monitor and protection. It can be arranged for single busbar and single busbar sectionalizing system. It has reliable prevention function against false operation.

The structure has high dimensional accuracy, short production cycle, good mechanical strength, and neat appearance.
The enclosure is made of aluminum-zinc plated steel sheet processed by CNC machine and multi-bending.
Current transformer and earthing switch can be mounted on the back wall of the cable compartment, while potential transformer and lightning arrester can be mounted inside it.
Each handcart position is equipped with a locating device to avoid random movement in the specified position.
A special guide rail is installed in the CB compartment for movement between isolating/testing position and working position.
An insulating movable curtain plate is installed on the back wall of the handcart compartment.
The handcart frame can be configured as CB handcart, PT handcart, measuring handcart, and similar arrangements.
The meter compartment includes relay components, meters, electrified indicator, and specified secondary equipment.
The main busbar and inter busbar use copper bars, connected through insulation bushings and fixed contact boxes.
The handcart has isolating/testing position and working position inside the cubicle.
Control circuits are laid in the neck grave with sufficient space and metal cover plate.
