Product Overview

GN19-12 series indoor high voltage disconnectors are suitable for DC systems with a rated voltage of 12kV. They are used to disconnect and close circuits when voltage is present but no load current is present. This series of products generally have a single pole electric operation for the main blade, and the knife switch adopts electric operation.

Single-Pole Electric Operation

Single-pole disconnector with an integrated electric mechanism and a common chassis. The rotating shaft drives the main switch to open and close through the tie rod insulator.

CJN Series Electric Operating Mechanism

Suitable for operating high-voltage disconnectors or earthing switches with rated voltages of 12kV and 40.5kV. Can perform opening and closing operations locally or remotely, and is equipped with a manual operating handle for installation, commissioning, and necessary operations.

Dual Protection

Equipped with dual protection of opening and closing electrical interlocking and mechanical limit, ensuring that the rotation angle of the spindle is limited to the accurate opening and closing position.

Manual Override

Equipped with a manual operating handle; when the handle is activated, it automatically locks the electric operation to ensure the safety of the operator.

Model Variants

D1 — Dynamic Contact Grounding

Grounding at the dynamic contact end. Please specify grounding form D1 when ordering.

D2 — Static Contact Grounding

Grounding at the static contact end. Please specify grounding form D2 when ordering. According to user needs, can be processed into a single pole split or a two-phase common chassis type.
